Sky Island is the first major named destination in current Tap Simulator REBORN route guides. Release walkthroughs connect the early quest route to a bridge and then a larger island purchase. Reported requirements and prices vary, so use the live quest and gate rather than a fixed number from a guide.
Reach the first bridge
Complete the starter quests, claim the provided pet, and hatch only enough to fill useful equip slots. Open Pets and press Equip Best after every upgrade. Current walkthroughs reported a goal around 700 team Power before crossing an early bridge, but the on-screen requirement is authoritative.
If the bridge remains blocked, verify the quest is claimed, all slots are filled, and total Power is the displayed team value rather than one pet’s stat. Rejoin a fresh server if the objective does not update.
Read the Sky gate
Community release accounts place the next Coin cost in a broad five-to-ten-million range. That spread is too large to use as a price claim. Walk to the gate and record the destination, currency icon, price, and whether the purchase is permanent.
Do not buy the instant it becomes affordable. Check how much the first useful egg costs and whether you need a Coin reserve. A rebirth or one more team upgrade can shorten recovery.

Nimbus and Sky eggs
Community egg catalogs place Nimbus and Sky stands in this area. Open both previews and compare their current cost, pool, odds, and likely improvement over the weakest equipped pet. Do not assume the more expensive stand always offers the best immediate return.
Use Nimbus when its affordable results can replace multiple weak slots. Save for Sky when its pool contains the actual target and you can fund enough attempts without losing the next progression goal. Stop when you obtain the target, reach the budget, fill storage, or need Coins for the next gate.
The Egg Index records only dated community names; the stand controls the live roster.
First actions after entry
Check the area’s tap output with the same team used at Spawn. Locate eggs, portal, quests, and any machine before spending. Claim only tasks that fit the route and keep enough Coins to test the useful option.
If Sky income is not better, confirm the area is active and the pet team is equipped. Some gains may come from interactable objects rather than passive location. Do not assume an unverified island multiplier.
Record how long it takes to reach the next objective. If the new route does not shorten a rebirth cycle, improve pets or Gem upgrades instead of staying because the island is newer.
Leaving and returning
Use the supported map or portal. Verify that Sky remains unlocked after a normal rejoin and after any rebirth you are willing to test. Community reports say island access remains through rebirth, but the live reset warning controls.
If the portal disappears, confirm the server version and walk back to the original gate. Avoid external teleport scripts. A current public server is safer than forcing movement through an outdated map.
Troubleshooting
When the bridge rejects a sufficient-looking team, compare the exact requirement and quest step. When the gate price differs from a guide, trust the gate. When an egg is missing, check the area label and update version before spending elsewhere.
If a paid gate does not remain unlocked, capture the balance, map, and timestamp, then use the experience’s official support path. Do not pay a second time until the state is clear.
